Simon the Butcher from Surrey Hills Butchers will guide and demonstrate how to prep and cook all things Easter Lamb!

There will be demonstrations and a chance to chat and get into the nitty gritty of how to prep and cook up a storm for Easter! 

Will be a fun day with plenty of samples to munch on. 

Join us from 11am- at the BBQ shop in GU33 6HG- Simon will Breakdown a lamb and show you various techniques and demonstrate the prep and how to cook some lovely Lamb. There will be tasty samples and a chance to ask as many questions as you like!
